Where is NOURISH(theplanet) located?

We are located in St Albans, Vermont, about 30 minutes north of Burlington, Vt. We do not operate a storefront. Products are sold through a network of specialty grocers or online.

 

Who owns NOURISH(theplanet)?

We are privately owned. Dara and Ric Lavallee started the company in 2020 after 8years of developing their flagship Artisan Brie products.

Select the "Find Our Cheeze" on the menu above. Not all stores carry our full line of products. You can always buy online from our site.

What are the ingredients?

Ingredients vary by the item. You can find the ingredient by selecting a product to view from the Buy-Online menue. The ingredients are lsited with each item. We do not use GMO ingredients and avoid chemical preservatives.

Where do you ship to?

We ship nationwide in the USA using UPS.

We can ship to Canada but any orders over $60 will incur import and duty charges.

Unfortunately we unable to ship Overseas or to Latin America

 

How are items packaged for shipping?

Items are shipped in boxes lined with thermal bubble wrap and include ice packs. The cost for this is covered in your shipping charges.

 

How long does it take for items to arrive?

For the most part, shipments take 1 to 5 days, depending on location. We process shipments on Monday & Wednesdays. East Coast orders received after 12 noon on Wednesday cannot be shipped until Monday due to weekend delays in transport.

Typical shipping times are about.

East Coast 1 to 2 days

Central US 2 to 3 days

West Coast 3 to 5 days

Please note that means transport time. For example an item shipped Monday is picked up Monday afternoon. If shipped UPS Ground 1-day, the item will arrive at destination Wednesday.

 

What shipping options are available?

We use mostly UPS Ground. Other options are available at varied costs.
