Tips from the Kitchen

Avoid adding oils to your cooking.

  • No oil is Heart Healthy, despite all the marketing of avocado, coconut or other plant extracted oils.

  • You will get enough from the many nuts that are part of the WFPB food styles. 

  • Use an Air Fryer instead of a frying pan.

  • IF using a frying pan, no oil. Use a newer non-stick and a little amount of water or no oil added vegetable broth.
