No oil is Heart Healthy, despite all the marketing of avocado, coconut or other plant extracted oils.
You will get enough from the many nuts that are part of the WFPB food styles.
Use an Air Fryer instead of a frying pan.
IF using a frying pan, no oil. Use a newer non-stick and a little amount of water or no oil added vegetable broth.
