Nourish's Maple Bouron Pecan Artisan Brie is a premium cashew nut-based vegan and gluten free cultured cheese style product with a creamy texture combined with pecans roasted in Vermont maple syrup and then soaked in Mad River Burnt Rock Premium Bourbo giving resulting in a fun Brie with a nice crunch, a mild sourmash finish and a wonderful Candidum outer bloom.


Eat Now or Eat Later: The Maple Bouron Pecan Artisan Brie continues to grow its bloom and flavor as it ages. We release the cheese at approximately three weeks of culturing. The Maple Bouron & Pecan Artisan Brie reaches full maturity at approximately 7-weeks depending on the environment it is kept in. Humidity and temperature affect cheese life.


Pairings: Nourish Maple Bouron Pecan Artisan Brie is fun Brie that pairs nicely with whiskies, rums and Bourbons. The Brie pairs well with fruit compotes on a non-flavored cracker allowing ne to realize the full flavor of this unique Brie.
