Nourish's Artisan 5-Pack brings together our Brie & Bleu family of artisanal cheeses. One each of the Traditional Brie, Four Peppercorn Brie, Wild Mushroom & Truffle Brie, Maple Bourbon Pecan Brie, and a Traditional Bleu. Ideal for corporate or special events or an evening charcuterie with friends. All Nourish Artisan Brie products are premium cashew nut-based vegan and gluten-free cultured cheese-style products with a creamy texture and a wonderful Candidum or Roquefort outer bloom.
Eat Now or Eat Later: The Artisan Bries continues to grow its bloom and flavor as it ages. We release the cheese at approximately three weeks of culturing. Artisan Brie reaches full maturity at approximately 4 to 6 weeks depending on the environment it is kept in. Humidity and temperature affect cheese life.
Pairings: Nourish Artisan Bries and Bleu pair nicely with various reds, white and sparkling wines.
