Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce over Gluten-free Spaghetti.

If you're hungry for something yummy, here's a step by step on how to make cauliflower Alfredo sauce over gluten-free spaghetti. The sauce is made without fat or oil! This cauliflower based sauce is unbelievably light, creamy, and delicious!


  • 1 Head of Cauliflower

  • 1/4 or 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast

  • 1 box of gluten-free spaghetti

  • 1- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice

  • 1 Tsp Onion powder

  • 2 Tbsp. Vegan Parmesan cheese

  • Splash of Plant based Milk

  • Salt

  • White Pepper

Recommended Tools/Equipment:

  • Robocoup; for blending ingredients

  • Pot; for boiling water

Alright, let's get cookin'!

Step one: Boil1 head of cauliflower until soft, in salted water.

Step two: Place drained cauliflower into a blender.

Step three: Boil water for your spaghetti, once it's boiling cook the spaghetti.

Step four: Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup nutritional yeast to blender with cauliflower.

Step five: Add in 1-2 Tbsp lemon juice to the blender.

Step six: Add1 tsp. Onion powder to the blender.

Step seven: Add 2 Tbsp of Vegan Parmesan cheese to blender.

Step eight: Add a splash of plant based milk for consistency and salt and pepper for taste.

Step nine: plate your pasta, and top it with your sauce!

Step ten: ENJOY!
